The 2018 Children's Mental Health Awareness Creative Art Contest, "Be Kind - Words Can Hurt," sponsored by Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services and Luzerne-Wyoming Counties System of Care is announced! Students residing in Luzerne-Wyoming Counties, currently active in a Mental Health program, are invited to submit their best work highlightling this year's theme.
